Messe Friedrichshafen GmbH will not accept liability for accidents, theft, injuries or damage of any kind. All users of the DEMO + TEST AREA will be responsible for their own safety. This responsibility includes:

Climbing at own risk
Usage of test area with boulderblock, climbing wall, high rope course, turntable ladder, container tower, trussing system, climbing tree and ninja parcours at own risk
Usage only under instruction from the stand personnel and with their permission
Inspecting test products for functionality and safety
Possesion of own valid public liability insurance
Following instructions issued by the stewards and safety officers

By signing and handing in this registration you accept the terms and conditions, data protection and letter of indemnity. The wearing of safety gear is strongly recommended during testing for your own safety! The use of the DEMO + TEST AREA is only permitted when wearing the appropriate identification provided. You hereby agree that photographs taken during test or demonstration may be used free of charge by the exhibition organizers and their associated third parties for PR and marketing purposes. Minimum age: 14 years. PLEASE BRING A VALID IDENTIFICATION DOCUMENT WITH YOU (driving license, passport, ID card). The rental of test products is voluntary on the part of the exhibitor and ends latest at 5:00 pm on the same day. We also refer to the Privacy Policy of Messe Friedrichshafen GmbH.
